This is a 44-foot fiberglass motor yacht with a two-bedroom, two-bath layout — king bed aft, queen forward — plus a separate aft living room and bar, a kitchen/dining room combo, and a flybridge with a new canopy. She has a walk-in engine room and has been used as a liveaboard. I want to be fully transparent about the condition. The starboard Caterpillar 3208 is disassembled and not operational — the short version is that a clockwise starter was installed in error, which drew seawater into the engine. I've cleaned the cylinders, oiled the bores, and all parts plus a full rebuild kit are on the boat. The port engine runs. The generator runs but overheats and has an oil leak near the oil pan drain; the water pump is removed but on the boat. The boat also needs bottom paint, and the starboard propeller shaft bracket needs replacement per the bottom cleaning company. Being sold as-is, where-is, not running.

(Engine that is disassembled is because starter was replaced, it was replaced with a regular cat 3208 starter that turned clockwise, found out later marine starters turn counter clockwise, turning over the engine clockwise pulled seawater into the engine, I disassembled engine and cleaned out cylinders and put oil rags in cylinders and put a sheet over the engine to keep dust out. Heads have been done and all parts and rebuild kit is on the boat.)
