2000 Regal Commodore 4160 — Fully Repowered in 2025, Ready to Cruise
I've put serious money and care into this boat and it shows. In 2025 I had both engines completely remanufactured — twin Cummins 6BTA M3 370 Diamond Series diesels with only 70 hours on them since the rebuild. The reman work included new turbos, starters, alternators, fuel injectors, raw water pumps, belts, and hoses. The fuel tanks were recoated and fitted with all new hoses and fuel filters, and the aftercoolers and heat exchangers were disassembled, cleaned, and resealed. Oil and filters were changed in May 2026. There's remainder of warranty on the engines. This is not a deferred-maintenance situation — it's a fresh start on a beautiful hull.
KEY FEATURES:
- 2025 Twin-Engine Repower — Both Cummins 6BTA M3 370 diesels fully remanufactured with 70 hours; new fuel tanks, injectors, pumps, and ancillaries included. Cummins marine diesels are known for long service life and strong parts availability, so this repower sets the boat up for many more years of reliable cruising.
-
- Two Staterooms & Two Heads — Spacious interior with a fully equipped galley, large windows, and an open salon layout that feels more like a small yacht than a cruiser. The Commodore 4160 was Regal's flagship of its era, and the layout reflects that — genuinely comfortable for extended stays aboard.
-
- Upgraded Chartplotter — Raymarine Axiom 9 touchscreen loaded with Navionics charts as of May 2026. The Axiom 9 is a capable modern display that brings this classic hull up to current navigation standards.
