2003 Sea Ray 420 Sundancer — 45 ft diesel express cruiser, well-maintained with receipts for every upgrade and annual service.
I've kept this boat on a consistent maintenance schedule every year: full oil and filter changes, shrink wrap for winter, bottom paint, zincs, propeller kits, and professional detailing before she goes back in the water. In 2025/2026 I replaced all zincs, installed a new port-side transmission, added a gear cooler for the starboard transmission, reconditioned both props, installed a heavy-duty foot windlass with new anchor and chain, and fitted a new fresh-wash pump. She's ready to go.
KEY FEATURES:
- Twin Cummins 6CTA 8.3L diesels — 450 HP each (900 HP total), with a new port-side transmission just installed. Cummins marine diesels are known for their durability and long service life, which gives me confidence in the reliability of this powerplant.
-
- New Garmin GPSMAP 8612 touchscreen (2023) — upgraded navigation at the helm paired with a completely overhauled stereo system that sounds incredible.
-
- RIB-310 Fiberglass 10 ft tender with 15 HP outboard included — a real bonus for anchoring out or exploring shallows.
