Turnkey one-owner family boat — set up for camping, scuba diving, skiing, and fishing.
I've owned this 2004 Pro-Line 22 Walkaround since new and kept it well maintained. The original 2004 Mercury 225XL EFI Saltwater engine has under 400 hours on it, and I just completed routine maintenance in July 2025 (water pump, gear oil, engine oil, and plugs). Almost all maintenance records are available. The hull is fiberglass in solid shape — 23 feet plus a pulpit with anchor pulley, stainless railing and fittings. Minor cosmetic blemishes include faded original Pro-Line striping. All plastic through-hull fittings have been replaced with stainless steel (cockpit scuppers, bilge pump drain, livewell drains).
KEY FEATURES:
- Aluminum-frame fiberglass hardtop (Ram cap) — includes a mounted spotlight with remote cockpit controls, folding 8-foot marine antenna, folding flagpole mount, folding running/anchor light, and a wired radio box housing a marine radio, FM/AM CD player, and loud hailer.
-
- Dual dive steps/platforms — bilateral platforms with 3-rung folding ladders and added upper-hull hand grips on each side, purpose-built for getting back aboard in dive gear; hidden scuba tank rack rails behind cockpit knee pads can hold up to 8 tanks.
-
- Cabin with added comfort features — opening hatch/skylight, bilateral fixed windows, hanging net storage, a light, original well-maintained cushions, portable flushing camp toilet, and 12V heating connectors for post-dive warm-up.
