I'm offering my 2005 Sea Ray 420 Sundancer, a two-owner boat that was delivered with every option and upgrade Sea Ray offered at the time. Extensive maintenance records are available, and she has been well cared for throughout her life. Most recently, I completed a bottom job, aftercooler service, main engine oil and filter changes, shaft seals, and all new batteries as of December 2025.
Built on a deep-V hull with prop pockets and a wide 14-foot beam, the interior is a genuine two-stateroom, two-head layout with privacy doors — not curtains — separating both staterooms from the salon. The high-gloss cherry joinery, Ultraleather seating, and designer fabrics still look great. The full-service galley includes an under-counter refrigerator/freezer and Corian countertops. The forward head is a dry head, with a large shower in its own separate compartment. AC units in the master stateroom, salon, and cockpit keep things comfortable on the hottest Florida days.
